                                  on Macintosh) and "save as" then
                                  Load into iTunes (or whatever you have), then
                                  Print however your software does it.

                                  Click on the image to enlarge, then print and cut out
                                  (there is overlap; measure 4.75 in. X 4.75 in.---that's
                                  4 and 3/4 in. for those who don't know their decimals,
                                  or 119mm X 119mm for those who use metrics.)
